 * Small Business Plan ( Plan P ) Vs. Enterprise Plans ( Plan E)

  1. In plan P , the maximum number of users available are 50. Once you touch 50, you do not have a choice of migrating to plan E1. In your case , the Company users are more than 100 . So if you decide to move these over next 1 year, you will face a roadblock.

  2. As an admin , there is a single admin role in plan P. In Plan E , there are 4 admin roles meaning that once users increase, you can designate multiple users in your Company with multiple admin roles if you wish.

  3. Only forum based support is available in Plan P while in plan E, you also have telephonic support.

  4.  Certain advanced email rules are not available in Plan P like

     a) preventing some users from sending attachments outside

    b) preventing some users from sending emails to outside users

    c) ensuring that a copy of all incoming and outgoing emails to  an archive account.

  5. Having a mix of users like only Exchange @ USD 5 , Exchange Kiosk @ USD 2 , Plan E1 @ USD 10 , etc . The Plan P is fixed at USD 6 per user.

  6.  Plan P has a monthly cycle. So you can discontinue at the end of the month. Plan E has a annual commitment. So you can discontinue at the end of the 12 month period.

  7. In Plan P , you get Blackberry Internet Services ( BIS) . In Plan E , you will get Blackberry Enterprise Services ( BES). For more details on BIS and BES , refer to http://techgyan.com/BES_Express.aspx
