Managed Services is a complete Suite of Technology Services delivering Peace of Mind. It involves remote monitoring of the Complete Network consisting of Server, Desktops, printers and Networking Devices. We offer Managed Services to our Customers for a Flat fee per month . We have 2 offerings :
A) For Companies which have a IT Team in house.
Our Silver suite includes MS Exchange monitoring, Windows Server Monitoring , Service Pack install, Manual Server patch management and maintenance , verify daily back ups, etc. If there are any alerts detected , these are passed on to the in house IT Team .
Please note that problem resolution is not a part of Silver suite.
B) For Companies which do not have an IT Team in house.
Our Gold Suite is a complete end to end suite and it includes the following :
· Manage Technology and related Vendors
· Email Services
· Desktop Management
· Printer Management
· Networking including Switches, routers, Firewall
· Internet Management
· Server Management
· Anti Virus
· Data Back ups
· IT Asset Management
· Patches for Servers and Desktops
· Unlimited Phone Support
· Unlimited Email Support
· Onsite Support when necessary
