TechGyan is pleased to introduce a Private Cloud Solution for Customers with less than 75 PC’s . This is a subscription based Service delivery where the Customer Consumes the Service on a pay- as- you- go basis.
How does it work?
- The Customer decides on the Services he would want to use.
- TechGyan gives a proposal for the number of users & the required services
- Customer approves the proposal.
- Customer & TechGyan sign an Agreement.
- TechGyan delivers the Server hardware and the pre installed software as selected by the Customer
- TechGyan sets up the user's & the applications .
- Customer starts using the Services and TechGyan manages the setup.
- At the month end , a bill is generated based on the number of users & services used.
- Customer pays TechGyan within 10 days of the bill date .

- No Capital investment on hardware & software.
- Increase or decrease users on monthly basis & pay accordingly.
- As the Server is on Customer premises, the Data remains with the Customer.
